This program is designed to teach the most basic level of soccer refereeing. The IREF system will teach you the SECRET SAUCE of becoming a Mental Ninja to referee and manage a soccer match so that it is fun for the players and less stressful for the adults. There are 5 section to complete for the certification. 1- Intro, Fear and Mindsets, Optic and Respect, Gameday 2-Law Training 3-Secret Sauce- Becoming a Mental Ninja 4- You Make the call 5- Assessment These section will help prepare you to referee soccer at the recreational level.
